Committees
The Architectural Committee typically meets as deemed necessary to resolve any outstanding issues with CC&Rs, fines, and the general appearance of the community. Members of both committees consist of volunteer residents of the Bella Housa community. The Clubhouse Committee typically meets once a month or as deemed necessary to resolve any outstanding issues regarding clubhouse rules, gym rules, and usage.
